'newpathways' in the environment not working

'New pathways' does not change default values.

It may be the problem of setting the weights before calling helper_poppatwhays and hence the weights are getting overwritten by default values.

Made this change in the pipeline_creation.py, the parameters work when sent as a full dataframe, but not as a single row in the connection dataframe. Got to find why or add an additional function (with the code below) that user calls to update the parameter before sending it to the environment variable.
