Setting to always ignore updates

Every single time I open cap I am asked to upgrade, while I am 100% sure there is a bug in the new updates and have willingly downgraded to a more stable version. Can we at least stop the update checking and alerting from settings?

This would require adding a new setting to disable auto-update checks. Here's some context on the relevant code:

Update mechanism: The app uses Tauri's built-in updater plugin configured in apps/desktop/src-tauri/tauri.prod.conf.json. The key setting is "dialog": true which causes the automatic update prompt.

Settings storage: User preferences are stored via GeneralSettingsStore in apps/desktop/src-tauri/src/general_settings.rs. A new boolean field like disableUpdateChecks could be added here following the existing pattern (e.g., similar to hideDockIcon or enableNotifications).

Settings UI: The settings interface is in apps/desktop/src/routes/(window-chrome)/settings/general.tsx. The existing ToggleSettingItem component could be used to add a toggle for this feature.

Implementation approach: The update check happens via @tauri-apps/plugin-updater in apps/desktop/src/routes/(window-chrome)/update.tsx. The implementation would need to conditionally skip calling check() based on the user's setting.
