Cut a 7.9.3.2 release to enable Python 3.14 PyPI wheels (VTK 9.6)

Would you be open to tagging a 7.9.3.2 release to give ocp-build-system a version slot to publish PyPI wheels against VTK 9.6.2 (and Python 3.14)?

Follow-up to CadQuery/ocp-build-system#60.

For reference: conda-forge ocp has been built against VTK 9.6 since March (conda-forge/ocp-feedstock#85), and I locally tested building the PyPI wheel against VTK 9.6.2 + Python 3.14 with the existing 7.9.3.1 source, it compiled and ran well.

Feel free to close, if I'm misreading the situation or if it's intentionally on hold.

PyPI does not support build numbers?

Per PEP 440 - public-version-identifiers, there could be a 7.9.3.1.post1 that would be considered by pip as newer than 7.9.3.1 and older than 7.9.3.2.

I've juste tested locally, it seems to work with the ocp-build-system workflow.
