In an attempt to update the documentation, I am trying to start a server using only the GitHub documentation. I will document where I get stuck and how I troubleshoot errors.

This issue is intended to address only the Tutorial.md page and resolve issues found on that page.

Be aware that the main branch and the published docs, by extension, are behind the latest feature branches though what is there should be accurate to the main branch.
