Error: Thinking is enabled but reasoning cintent is missing

When requesting a slightly more complex task I get:

Simple requests don't produce the same error.

Fixed in v0.6.1. Added normalizeMessagesForThinking() to ensure assistant messages with tool_calls have reasoning_content when thinking is enabled.

Changes:

• Added message normalization for thinking-enabled requests
• When thinking param is present and assistant messages have tool_calls, ensures reasoning_content is populated (empty string if not present)

This should resolve the "400 thinking is enabled but reasoning_content is missing" error.
