Technical limitations

I suspect there may be some technical limitations when it comes to importing files from different sources.

If this stops us from hosting the html files in this repository, we can still have the user download it (by putting it in the PLB repo) and thus change their settings locally.

I have found a way to deal with Cross Site requests, but it may only be working in my environment.

Will need to test publicly before I can be assured it works.

We have file importing implemented in the HTML settings of the bot. (for loading a json file)
