Description
recent versions of ugene such as 53.1 is failing to due to unmet dependencies mainly qt5-websockets which has been removed from main repos of archlinux and moved to AUR

also ugene repo seems to have moved to using cmake as build tooling, so PKGBUILD will need updating for that as well

I think we need to grab the AUR pkg qt5-websockets in and use AUR as update source, maybe then it will be solved
