Expected behavior

The placeholder %aoneblock_my_island_count% should display the block count to both the island owner and their teammates. If a player has not yet created an island, it should show zero.

The placeholder %aoneblock_my_island_percent_done% should display the phase completion percentage to both the island owner and their teammates. If a player has not yet created an island, it should show zero percent.

The placeholder %aoneblock_my_island_phase% should display the current phase to both the island owner and their teammates. If a player has not yet created an island, it should show "Unknown".

Observed/Actual behavior

After I installed AOneBlock version 1.26.0 and above on my server, the following placeholders stopped working: %aoneblock_my_island_count%, %aoneblock_my_island_percent_done%, and %aoneblock_my_island_phase%.

The issue is that they work normally for the island owner, but when I invite other players to my island, the placeholders do not work correctly for them.

Thanks for the report — confirmed. This regressed in 1.26.0 when the my_island_* placeholder lookup was changed to only resolve islands the player owns (that change fixed placeholders showing the wrong island for players who own an island while also being a member of another team, but it over-corrected). A team member who owns no island of their own now gets the defaults (0 / 0% / Unknown) instead of the team island's data.

Fix is up in #560: placeholders now prefer an island the player owns, and fall back to the team island they are a member of. It will be in the next release.
