Got this output while following the instructions during azd up step:

This is an azd UX wart with subscription-scoped Bicep: unlike resource-group-scoped deployments, azd doesn't prompt for AZURE_LOCATION, and the param default in main.bicep is only used for the parameter itself, not for the deployment-metadata location ARM is asking for here.

Fix:

azd env set AZURE_LOCATION eastus2 # or swedencentral / westus3 / eastus
azd up

We do call this out in infra/README.md (quickstart + troubleshooting rows), but the top-level README.md shows the line commented out as "Optional", which is misleading - I'll fix that.
