AzureAppConfigurationOptions should be exported

when calling either one of the two overloads of load, the options object should be constructed directly in the method call in order for type information to work. It would be nice if AzureAppConfigurationOptions was exported so that one could declare / manage these elsewhere.

Thanks for reaching out. I think this is an oversight. We should export AzureAppConfigurationOptions. Sorry for the inconvenience. Will fix it ASAP
