Subject: [PATCH] parser: 0.1.1, the parser's own version (it moves only when
 the parser changes)

The release commit set the vendored parser to 0.1.3 with every other manifest, but the parser keeps its own version and moves only when parser code changes (.github/scripts/version.mjs). main and dev ship it at 0.1.0; since then three changes touched parser/: #1376 (a python shebang script is indexed), #1541 (a JSX component tag is a call) and #1565 (refresh after edit). So 0.1.1.
