To Reproduce
If you have a regular rank (such as Newbie, Captain, or any other non-privileged rank) and also have a temporary rank assigned through LuckPerms using a command like:
/lp user NICKNAME parent addtemp VIP 1d
then, if your IP address or location changes, the server asks you to enter your password. After you log in successfully, your regular (non-privileged) rank disappears. As a result, some commands stop working, and even though you're already logged in, the chat keeps spamming messages telling you to log in again.
Example (Default rank is Newbie in LuckPerms):
