use Exchange.augmintToken instead of latest token #43
Description
Augmint.getLegacyExchanges() uses the latest token address to instantiate the legacy exchange.
It's incorrect, a legacy Exchange can be connected to a legacy AugmintToken.

It Exchange should instantiate its own AugmintToken based on its Exchange.augmintToken prop
