Is the question how to programmatically click a link or is the question on how to more or less build a browser, i.e. that fetches remote HTML and renders it?

I have a local HTML file that opens as a local file, not via the HTTP protocol.

And there's no way to navigate to a specific link using #Label.

Using the HTTP protocol, it works like this: "https://gg.com#label"
This doesn't work when opening from a file.

And my second question:
How can I navigate to "#label" in an already-opened HTML document?
