--min-coverage in find_target_contigs

Hi,
I wanted to change the minimum percent coverage (--min-coverage) for a match in find_target_contigs, but the command is unrecognised.
The parameter is present in the documentation. I have tried the latest release and the development version of secapr.
Any ideas?

It could be that the name of that flag has changed and hasn’t been updated in the documentation. Have a look at the script’s help function “find_target_contigs --h” to see what the correct spelling of this flag is (could be that the dash(-) has changed to an underscore(_) or something, I can’t remember right now).
