Environment Variable package

It would be nice to have something like https://env.t3.gg/ included to provide type safety with environment variables. As with all my requests, I am happy to make the PR.

there is a PR already #544, however, needs testing, PR has been opened for couple of months now, so if you could take initiative that would be great
