Add filtering to /online-players GET endpoint

General description

The /online-players GET endpoint should support filtering based on the status field and should work the same way it does in other endpoints

Things to notice

It should be also possible to sort online players with multiple possible values of the status field:

/online-plauers?search=status=UI;AND;status=BattleWait
