Minor issue: ToolDefinition metadata field description

In section 3.2 (ToolDefinition), the description reads: "Arbitrary key-value metadata associated with the LLM provider." This is likely a copy-paste error from Model or LlmProvider.

Fixed by PR #2 (Integrate canonical v0.1.0). The v0.1.0 rewrite replaces the old object catalog entirely — there is no longer a ToolDefinition object carrying the copy-pasted "metadata associated with the LLM provider" description. Tools are now modeled as AgBOM components (agbom/component.json, type: "tool" → tool_fields.capability) and on the wire via tool-call-request.json, neither of which carries that erroneous field. Closing as resolved by the rewrite.
