Can this work on iMIS version 20.2.66.1226?

Following the README, there does not appear to be a path to this in this 2017 version:
> ## Set Up iMIS
> In iMIS Professional, go to Settings > Contacts > Client applications.

I'm trying to add something to the iMIS sign-in flow. Is this js client workable with this older version of iMIS?
