Sorry for the late response.

The project itself and the GRILL DIS plugin should both support 5.6 as is. An issue you may run into is if the Cesium and Low Entry plugin versions currently in the project can be built for 5.6. These plugins have free versions for 5.6 available on the marketplace that you can replace them with if the current versions don't build.
