[Bug] There is a bug in multi-node management when connecting to IPv6 child nodes

### Problem Description

1、多机管理连接IPV6地址的节点出错，确认主节点有V6，且测试能通子节点9999端口

2、这里添加时可用性检查正常

3、添加后报错，IPV6需在地址加[]，实际未拼接[]导致错误。
