[Bug] Failed to update OpenResty

Problem Description

因为最新版面板支持省份地区限制功能，所以面板升级到最新版本。由于需要openresty 到 1.31 以上才支持省份地区限制功能，升级openresty 从 1.27 到 1.31 提示失败，并且回滚。然后回到openresty设置-模块页面提示：
服务错误: OpenResty module state ngx_brotli is missing from the module catalog

你可以手动 docker pull 1panel/openresty:1.31.1.1-2-1-noble 这个镜像 然后再升级

镜像是可以拉取到本地的，就是在执行升级命令时候不行。

请问我是否可以卸载现在的openresty1.27，然后直接重装最新的 1.31+版本？重装之后是否会对我已经设置好的网站有影响？网站可以接受停止服务一会。

Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue. I updated 1Panel to v2.2.4, then I went to update OpenResty to latest but it failed failed because module ngx_pagespeed was missing or something, so I went to this page to manage modules and also got the same error ngx_brotli is missing from catalog. Currently installed OpenResty is 1.31.1.1-0-noble
